Scairbhin is an architect designed, split level, detached self catering house enjoying panoramic sea and mountain views in this most scenic part of Kerry. Set in a half acre garden, just a mile from the nearest beach, the house offers a comfortable base from which to explore the dramatic West Coast and Ring of Kerry.

Interior

Decorated and equipped to a very high standard the wood floors, large windows and colourful furnishings present a warm modern feel. The open plan/split level living area has large windows to enjoy panoramic views of the area. From this light modern room guests may access the terrace, to enjoy its far reaching sea and mountain views, or snuggle by the open fire. The kitchen contains a full range of modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with en-suite facilities. The family bathroom is also modern and well equipped.

Outside

The garden, surrounding the house, is self contained and half an acre in size.  A garage and parking space are available.

Area

Scairbhin is located just 1 mile from the nearest beach and 3 miles from a blue flag beach.  Many outdoor activities can be enjoyed in the area including fishing, golf, horse riding, hill walking and many water sports.  Daily boat trips to the Skelligs are available nearby. The nearest shop is 2 miles from the house and Cahersiveen, Waterville and Portmagee offer a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants.
