Ground Floor
On the ground floor is the modern kitchen/dining room, which is fully fitted with all mod cons and a butcher block worktop. French doors lead out onto a decked area and into the garden. Off the kitchen there is a large utility room and a W.C. and double doors leading to a spacious south-facing lounge with an open fireplace for relaxed evenings. A generous bay window offers wonderful sea views and further large French doors lead out onto a decked area.

In addition to the comfortable living accommodation there are two large double bedrooms, en-suite with TV/phone points and a twin bedroom (with 1 single bed and bunks for kids) with TV/phone points. The bedrooms are furnished with hotel quality beds and free-standing waxed pine wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside lockers. In the spacious hallway a beautifully crafted spiral staircase leads upstairs.

First Floor
Upstairs there is a spacious south-facing open-plan living room with spectacular sea views and a wood-burning stove to add comfort and atmosphere in the evenings. This family room has a 32" widescreen TV, DVD player and Playstation (if required!) and board games, as well as books for the avid reader! A separate apartment area, adjacent to the family room, contains a single bedroom and separate W.C. and a large guest bedroom with en-suite facilities, a fitted wardrobe, dressing table and sitting room area with a TV/phone point.

A modern fire alarm system is installed. All mod conveniences are provided and linen is supplied. The Haven is furnished to a very high standard throughout.
